If you have relocated, changed your party affiliation, changed your name, or turn 18 between now and the next election, you must complete a new Kansas voter registration form to be eligible to vote. Registering to vote is simple and only takes a few moments.
You must be 18 years of age, a United States citizen and registered at least 14 days prior to an election in order to vote in Kansas. Your county clerk/county election office will be able to assist you with all your voting needs locally. Also, feel free to contact the Kansas Secretary of State, who is the statewide election official, at (785) 296-4651.
Kansans may also register to vote online. You must have a valid driver's license or an official non-driver's identification card in order to complete the process online. Visit the Online Voter Registration Website to get started.
Or you may simply print a Kansas Voter Registration Form, complete the information and return it to your county election officer to complete a new registration.
